This online marketplace (“Marketplace”) is operated by myroast™ (“MyRoast”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to MyRoast. The Marketplace allows third parties (“Sellers”) to create accounts, offer, sell and ship their products to customers (“Customers”).
These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) govern the use of the Marketplace and apply to all users of the Marketplace including without limitation, Sellers, Customers, merchants, browsers and / or contributors of content (Collectively, the “User(s)”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refers to the User(s).
MyRoast is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers and Sellers. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth the types of information the Marketplace collects, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
MyRoast collects information from Customers and Sellers when they create an account, place an order, or use the Marketplace’s services. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information. The Marketplace also collects information about customer’s purchase history and browsing behavior on the Marketplace.
The information collected by MyRoast is used to provide Customers and Sellers with the Marketplace’s services, improve the Marketplace’s offerings, and communicate with Customers and Sellers. MyRoast may use the information to send customers marketing and promotional materials, but customers may opt-out of receiving such materials at any time.
MyRoast does not sell or rent Customer or Sellers information to third-parties. MyRoast may share Customer or Sellers information with its affiliates, agents, and service providers for the purpose of providing the Marketplace’s services. MyRoast may also be required to disclose Customer or Sellers information to comply with legal requirements or to enforce policies.
MyRoast takes reasonable steps to secure Customer and Sellers information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, MyRoast cannot guarantee the security of Customer or Sellers information and shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When you place an order through the Marketplace, MyRoast will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.
A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. By using the Marketplace’s services, Customers and Sellers agree to the privacy policy and any applicable terms and conditions. If Customers or Sellers have questions about the Privacy Policy, they should contact the MyRoast directly.
