Getting customers their coffee
You ship it. When a customer buys your product, you are responsible for shipping and fulfilling the order yourself. It is expected that you already have established services or procedures in place to effectively manage these aspects of your business.
You choose the shipping option and rate for each of your products and handle packaging, shipping, returns and customer service.
We encourage sellers to include tracking or a means of updating customers on successful fulfilment.

The basics.
myroast™ is committed to providing a seamless and affordable shopping experience, and that includes shipping. Shipping can be a significant expense and that's why we need your help to ensure that shipping rates offers are reasonable, competitive and consistent industry standards and expectations.
Shipping rates.
While shipping rates are at the discretion of Sellers, we discourage price-gouging and encourage Sellers to offer reasonable and competitive shipping rates consistent with industry standards and expectations.
We also encourage Sellers to offer rebates whenever possible to assist in reducing shipping costs for our Customers.
As a guideline, we have provided the standard shipping and postage rates established by Australia Post below. However, please note that while we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate and up to date, pricing may be subject to error or change without notice, and for this reason encourage Sellers to observe the current shipping and postage rates established by Australia Post for Flat Rate Shipping and Postage.
