At myroast™, we believe in a level playing field for all sellers and customers, and we are committed to fostering transparency and consistency in every aspect of our marketplace. We've created policies to reflect those values and set clear standards and expectations for users.

Overview:
This online marketplace (“Marketplace”) is operated by myroast™ (“MyRoast”). Throughout the site, the terms “marketplace”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to MyRoast. MyRoast allows third-parties (“Sellers”) to create accounts, offer, sell and ship their products to customers (“Customers”).
The terms of service (“Terms of Service”) govern the use of the Marketplace and apply to all users of the Marketplace including without limitation, Sellers, Customers, merchants, browsers and / or contributors of content (Collectively, the “User(s)”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refers to the User(s).
In addition to the Terms of Service, by using the Marketplace, Sellers agree to be bound by the admin fee policy (“Admin Fee Policy”).
Payment and Commission:
MyRoast will collect payment from Customers for all products sold through the Marketplace and will disburse the net proceeds to Seller, less any applicable fees or commissions for using the Marketplace (“Admin Fee”).
Admin Fee:
This Admin Fee helps cover the costs associated with maintaining the Marketplace, including payment processing, customer support, and ongoing platform development.
Typically, the Admin Fee is as a percentage of the total transaction value. The Admin Fee(s) attributed to a product category are listed below:

| Non-Coffee | 7.5% plus G.S.T |
| Equipment | 10% plus G.S.T |
| Accessories | 10% plus G.S.T |
| Merchandise | 10% plus G.S.T |
| Other | 10% plus G.S.T |
However, the Admin Fee may be subject to change and may differ between Sellers at the discretion of the Marketplace (although not exceed the Admin Fee listed above). The Admin Fee applied to a transaction may be a percentage of the total transaction value, a fixed fee, or a combination of both.
Other Fees:
We do not charge a fee for creating a listing on our platform, but we may offer premium listing placement for a fee. Additionally, we may offer premium services to sellers, such as advanced analytics or increased visibility.
Changes to Admin Fee Policy:
MyRoast reserves the right to modify its Admin Fee Policy at any time. The updated Admin Fee Policy will be posted on the Marketplace. Customers and Sellers are encouraged to review the Admin Fee Policy periodically.
By using the Marketplace, Customers and Sellers agree to the Admin Fee Policy and any applicable terms and conditions.
