Who is myroast™?

myroast™ is a specialty coffee marketplace with a curated collection of the finest coffee from around Australia. 

Our mission is to unite independent coffee roasters from across Australia, fostering a community of coffee enthusiasts and providing them with a platform to showcase their unique blends and roasting styles.

What products does myroast™ sell?

myroast™ is focused on showcasing and selling specialty coffee.  But it doesn’t stop there, we also offer a great range of non-coffee options, equipment, accessories, and merchandise.

Does myroast™ deliver internationally?

At the moment, we're focused on growth within Australia and are currently only able to deliver within Australia.

As a small business, we're working hard to expand our reach and bring our products to customers around the world. For now, we're concentrating our efforts on delivering the best possible experience to our Australian customers and building a strong and supportive community within Australia.

What is the policy for shipping and handling of specialty coffee?

Our shipping and handling is governed by our Shipping Policy.  However, the policies may vary depending on the seller.

Some sellers may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount, while others may charge a fee for shipping and handling. You can view the policies for each seller prior to placing your order.

Is payment secure?

We understand that security is a top priority when it comes to online shopping, and we want you to feel confident and secure when making purchases through our marketplace. 

That’s why we only partner with reputable and trusted payment providers to process transactions and safeguard your financial information, these include Stripe and PayPal.

You can rest assured that when you make a purchase through our marketplace, your payment information is secure and protected.

I don’t know a lot about buying specialty coffee, what should I consider?

You have come to the right place, and one of the many reasons we created myroast™.  The accessibility to specialty coffee and quality in Australia is the reason many refer to us as ‘coffee snobs’.  Unfortunately, choice can also be overwhelming, but with the right questions and knowledge we can help you find specialty coffee, your way!

How does the marketplace ensure the quality of the coffee being sold?

myroast™ relies on our sellers to ensure that adequate quality control measures in place to ensure that the specialty coffee being sold is of high quality and sellers need to comply with the Seller Terms and Conditions, which include amongst other matters, ensuring all products offered on the marketplace are of high quality.

myroast™ also offers the opportunity for customers to review and verify any of the products offered by our sellers, and the opportunity for refund consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.

Are there any guarantees or warranties offered by MyRoast for coffee purchases?

Guarantees or warranties offered are limited to those within the Terms of Service.
Any additional guarantees or warranties is at the discretion of our sellers.

How does the marketplace ensure the authenticity of the coffee being sold?

myroast™ has various measures in place to ensure the authenticity of the coffee being sold, which includes without limitation, reviewing and verifying the sellers, requiring them to provide detailed information about their products, and monitoring customer feedback and ratings.

How do I choose a seller on myroast™?

To choose a seller from the marketplace, you can read reviews and ratings from previous customers, view the sellers product offerings and descriptions, and compare prices and shipping options.

You can also reach out to the seller directly through their Seller Store should you have any specific questions or concerns.

Are there any promotions or discounts offered for coffee purchases on the marketplace?

Promotions and discounts for products on the marketplace will vary depending on the seller. Some sellers may offer seasonal sales, special discounts for bulk purchases, or promotional codes for customers to use.

Check the marketplace regularly for any available promotions or discounts!

How do I place an order on myroast™?

To place an order on the marketplace, you can browse through the available specialty coffee products from different sellers and add the desired items to your cart. Then you can proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and place the order.

Can I purchase coffee from multiple sellers in one order?

Yes, you can purchase coffee from multiple sellers in one order on myroast™. Simply add the desired items to your cart from different sellers and proceed to checkout.

Can I buy a gift for someone, and have it sent directly to them?

Yes! Our sellers are usually more than happy to comply. Simply provide the lucky receiver’s address and the seller will ship your order directly to them.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times will vary based on the seller and the destination of the shipment. The estimated delivery time for each product will be displayed at the time of checkout. myroast™ makes no guarantees regarding delivery times and shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

However, myroast™ expects our sellers to manage shipment and deliveries within the following guidelines:

  • Dispatch: Within 24 to 48 Hours
  • Delivery 2-7 days
How do I track my order and shipment?

You can track your order and shipment on the marketplace by logging into your account and viewing the order status. We also encourage our sellers to provide tracking information with deliveries for piece of mind.

My Item hasn't been delivered, what should I do?

We recommend you contact the seller directly first from their store page. You can then follow up your order and ask for any tracking information to help locate your order.

If you don’t receive a response from the seller within 3 business days, then please send an email with the order details to [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What is the Return and Refund Policy?

Our Return and Refund Policy states that customers may return a product for a refund only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Customers must notify the seller of any issues within 5 business days of receiving the product. The seller will facilitate the return process and issue a refund once the product is returned to the seller.

Please note however, we do not accept returns on specialty coffee products if the customer simply changes their mind due to their perishable nature.

What brands can I get on myroast™?

We pride ourselves on our range of coffee and coffee product brands. Each one is carefully curated and selected as a myroast™ brand due to their exceptional quality.

How often does the marketplace add new sellers?

While we would love to say every day, the reality is the frequency at which new sellers are added to the marketplace is dependent on factors beyond our control. 

Rest assured myroast™ continues to navigate the industry daily in search of new small-batch roasters, artisanal makers, and independent producers to add to the marketplace.

How do I contact a seller for any questions or concerns?

You can contact the seller for any questions or concerns via their Seller Store.

What is the process for resolving disputes with a seller?

The process for resolving disputes with a seller will vary depending upon the complaint.

myroast™ is committed to providing customers with a positive shopping experience and has a number of policies in place, including ensuring all sellers engage directly with customers to resolve a dispute should the customer not be satisfied with a product provided by a seller.

If no resolution is sought, myroast™ will review the dispute and work to resolve it with the customer and seller.  For further information we recommend you review our Complaints Policy.

I want to become a seller and sell on myroast™. How do I do that?

myroast™ is an opportunity for small-batch roasters, artisanal makers, and independent producers alike to expand their reach and promote their products.
