- Brazilian Beans : From the São Paulo region, these beans provide soft malt, almond, dark chocolate and walnut notes.
- Colombian Beans: Bright and tropical with a silky body, these beans bring a unique sweetness.
- Mexican Beans: Known for their balance and medium body, these beans offer chocolate tones.

Roast Process
MÉNAGE is roasted in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. The small batch process allows us to maintain full control over the roast, ensuring each batch meets the highest standards and is shipped out at peak freshness.
Brewing Recommendations
- Peak Age: Best enjoyed 7 to 30 days after roasting.
- Espresso: 20g coffee, 40ml water, 30s extraction time.
- Espresso with Milk: 23g coffee, 40ml water, 30s extraction time, milk to taste (110ml).
- Pour Over / Filter: 17g coffee per 250ml water, 40g with 30s blooming, 2min brew time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and delivery policy
Within Australia we deliver all our orders via Australia Post. We try hard to deliver your order
within 5-10 days but it will be longer if you live in a remote area.
If goods are damaged or lost in transit then we will take responsibility for this. This rarely
happens and we will deal with Australia Post to sort out any problems. Please notify us for a
return of damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.
If you are an international customer then we can send goods to you. You will be charged all
postage costs associated with delivery and be responsible for any input duty or sales tax
appropriate to your country. The Australian Goods and Services Tax will not be charged to you.
