At myroast™, we believe in a level playing field for all sellers and customers, and we are committed to fostering transparency and consistency in every aspect of our marketplace. We've created policies to reflect those values and set clear standards and expectations for users.

Overview:

This online marketplace (“Marketplace”) is operated by myroast™ (“MyRoast”).  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to MyRoast.  The Marketplace allows third parties (“Sellers”) to create accounts, offer, sell and ship their products to customers (“Customers”).

These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) govern the use of the Marketplace and apply to all users of the Marketplace including without limitation, Sellers, Customers, merchants, browsers and / or contributors of content (Collectively, the “User(s)”).  Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refers to the User(s).

MyRoast offers shipping for all products sold through the Marketplace. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the Seller and the destination of the shipment.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates for each product will be displayed at the time of checkout and will vary based on the Seller and the destination of the shipment. MyRoast reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times will vary based on the Seller and the destination of the shipment. The estimated delivery time for each product will be displayed at the time of checkout. MyRoast makes no guarantees regarding delivery times and shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

However, MyRoast expects our Sellers to manage shipment and deliveries within the following guidelines:

  • Dispatch: Within 24 to 48 Hours
  • Delivery 2-7 days

Should you have any concerns about delivery, please contact the Seller directly.  If you don’t receive a response from the Seller within 3 business days, then please send an email with the order details to [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping Carrier:

Shipping is at the discretion of our Sellers, whom use a variety of shipping carriers. The specific carrier used for a shipment will be determined by the Seller and may be subject to change.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information will be provided to customers once the shipment has been dispatched. Customers may track their shipments using the tracking information provided by a Seller.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

MyRoast shall not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the Customer should contact the Seller for assistance.

International Shipments:

International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer. MyRoast makes no representations regarding the availability of international shipping or the applicable shipping rates and delivery times.

Impact of COVID-19 on Shipping:

MyRoast is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the impact of COVID-19. Customers should expect possible delays in delivery due to the current global pandemic. MyRoast and its Sellers will make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on shipping times, but cannot guarantee delivery times due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic. Customers agree to hold the Marketplace harmless for any delays in delivery due to COVID-19.

By placing an order on the Marketplace, Customers agree to the Shipping Policy and any applicable terms and conditions. MyRoast reserves the right to modify its shipping policy at any time.
