Attracting customers
Once your products go live on myroast™, there are a number of things you can do to attract customers. Below are some of the ways you can generate traffic and momentum for your company.
Set competitive prices.
Many customers shop for the best price. Product cost alone may not persuade a customer to make a purchase, instead consider incentivising price by offering free shipping on your products.
Shipping.
Customers rate an efficient and effective delivery. A delayed delivery may mean a loss of quality with any freshly roasted or ground specialty coffee products. Prompt fulfilment upon order is a sure fire way to keep customers coming back. Consider offering tracking or a means of updating customers on successful fulfilment.
Unique products.
The varying array of flavour profiles and specialty coffee attributes within roasted coffee means you rarely experience the same taste. Offering unique products, such as blends which seek to pronounce certain flavour attributes will help you stand out from the crowd.
Offer sales and coupons.
Customers love to save. Offering sales and coupons on products is an effective marketing strategy that can help attract customers by providing them with an incentive to make a purchase. Manage sales and coupons from your Seller Store.
Get customer reviews.
Customer product reviews benefit customers and sellers. It allows sellers to understand their customers' needs, preferences, and concerns. By actively seeking and responding to customer feedback, businesses can improve their products and services and enhance the customer experience.
