Variety Variety refers to the species of coffee plant.

This can be served as a filter, espresso and milk-based coffee and it excels at all three!  Have it any way you like.

We especially love this in espresso based milk drinks which gives a sweet berry dipped in chocolate smoothness. It also has a lovely bright fruitiness with a touch of spice as a pour over or short black.

BREW GUIDE: Espresso – 22g dose, 48g yield (or 1:2.2 ratio) in 30-34 seconds at 93 degrees. In milk-based drinks, serve a single shot (22g) with steamed milk in a 160ml cup.

V60 – 15g dose, 250g yield, 89 degrees in 2.5-3 mins. 50g and 30sec pour next segment to 120g. Swirl gently, pour next segment to 180g, pour last segment to 250g.
