A light-medium roast, well-suited for filter style brewing and a favourite for pour overs. Our go to for black espresso drinks, with some also enjoying it with milk.

Bright acidity up front, bittersweet chocolate base with toffee/deep caramel sweetness.
BREW GUIDE: Espresso requires an extremely fine grind setting – 22g dose, 44g yield (1:2 ratio) in 28-32 seconds at 93 degrees. Add 89 degree water to taste for a long black or serve a single shot (22g) with steamed milk served in a 160ml cup.
Filter: 15g dose, 250g yield at 91-93 degrees 2.5-3mins

Shipping Policy
We endeavour to process and ship your order within 3 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping is via AusPost standard shipping which is usually delivered within 4-8 days from posting date. If you have not received your coffee within this time frame please reach out to us at revolvingdoorroasters@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We understand that not every coffee will be suited to everyone’s taste. However, If you ever get a coffee that isn't quite right, or has missed the mark on quality, we’ll replace it for free. If instead you would prefer to have a refund of your money, in most circumstances we are more than happy to do that.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
There is no provision for exchange unless we sent you the wrong items or the product is defective.
If one of our coffee’s doesn’t suit your taste, we may be able to assist by sending your alternative purchase from our site without the shipping fee, however this is at our discretion.
