A fine Burundi single origin coffee exhibits a clean, delicate flavor with rich body and acidity based on the cupping notes. Burundi coffee has a sweet berry tastes floral notes and berry like aromas. the sweet and clean flavor along with other characteristics of Burundi coffee has often led to comparisons with the coffees of neighboring Rwanda, particularly in the northern region of Kayanza, where it neighbors on the Rwandan border.

This coffee comes from villages across the Okapa region in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea.

The coffee in this region grows wild without any pesticides or fertilisers. The families of these villages hand pick the coffee which is then triple hand sorted for screen size consistency.
